These special conditions apply to all customers taking out a website/hosting package.

1. Purpose of the agreement

This agreement governs the maintenance and technical updates for the client's website(s), hosted by Web Brand Art. This ensures that the website remains technically up-to-date, secure, and optimally functioning.

2. Maintenance Packages & Rates

The customer chooses one of the following maintenance packages:

3. Duration and billing

• The agreement runs for one year and is automatically renewed, unless terminated in writing with one month's notice before the expiry date. Upon termination of the maintenance package, hosting will also be discontinued and the website will be removed from WBA's servers. The customer is responsible for transferring the website to another hosting provider in good time if desired. • The customer will receive an annual invoice in December for the maintenance of the following calendar year.

• For the first contract year (2025):
  
  • Invoicing will be sent at the beginning of May 2025.
  • The customer will only pay the remaining months of the year from June 2025.
  • The full maintenance update will only be performed once payment has been received.

4. Warranties and limitations

Web Brand Art guarantees that the website is checked and updated bi-monthly within the chosen maintenance package. We are not responsible for malfunctions or damage caused by:

• External hacks or malware
• Conflicts between plugins and themes beyond our control
• Changes to the website by third parties without consultation.

For urgent problems, we offer emergency support (see article 6).

5. What is not included in the standard maintenance?

• Major design or functional changes (such as a new homepage or webshop extensions)
• Adding new pages or functionalities
• SEO optimisation or marketing services
• Repair of damage caused by unauthorised modifications by the customer or third parties

Adjustments outside the maintenance package will be billed at €110 per hour or will be considered a new project for which a separate quote will be proposed.

6. Support and

Noodhulp
If a website goes completely offline or is not functioning due to technical issues, we offer emergency support:

• Within 24 hours of notification: problem investigation and recovery action.

If a problem does not fall under maintenance, the hourly rate will be applied.

7. Cancellation and Termination

• The customer may terminate.
• Upon cancellation of the maintenance package, hosting will also be terminated and the website will be removed from WBA's servers. The customer is responsible for transferring the website to another hosting provider in a timely manner if desired. • No refund for early termination.

8. General terms and conditions & liability

Web Brand Art cannot be held liable for loss of income due to technical problems.
